Transcript Requests

Welcome to the STA Transcript Request Center. Whether you're a current student preparing for your next academic step or an alum seeking records for employment, further education, or personal use, we’re here to help.

Please select the appropriate option below to begin your request:

• Current STA Students – If you are a current senior who needs an official transcript sent to a college, scholarship program or summer program, please use the Transcript Request Form located in your SCOIR drive. Underclassmen who would like an unofficial copy of their transcript should email their counselor.

• STA Alumni – Request official or unofficial transcripts for job applications, continuing education, or other needs.

If you took dual enrollment courses in high school, you must request your official transcript directly from Barry University through Parchment and/or St. Thomas University through the National Clearinghouse. These transcripts should be sent directly to the College and/or University you will be attending after graduation from STA. Please wait until final grades (after graduation) are posted before ordering an official transcript.
