Benefiting Nicklaus Children's Hospital & CMN
St. Thomas Aquinas High School Dance Marathon is one of more than 300 Miracle Network Dance Marathon programs fundraising for local children’s hospitals. Miracle Network Dance Marathon is a movement uniting college, university, and high school students across North America. The collective efforts of students have raised nearly $180 million since 1991 for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, a nonprofit organization that raises funds and awareness for 170 pediatric hospitals in the U.S. and Canada.
The STA Mini Marathon, held April 20th in the STA Gym was made possible through a team of Junior and Senior National Honor Society members dedicated to the health, well-being, and continued care of children in our community!
Our leadership team dedicated countless of hours to this event and together with the help of dancers and donors conducted a phenomenal inaugural Dance Marathon!
STA Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors revealed and celebrated the year’s fundraising total, participated in games and dancing, enjoyed student-led entertainment, and heard from Alum involved in the medical field and community outreach!
One day we'll dance in celebration, until then we dance for a cure."

The Dance Marathon really showed me how much can be accomplished when everyone comes together for a cause. It was an amazing experience and I'm really happy that I was a part of it.

"It’s been an honor to lead a group of dedicated students in our schools first annual Dance Marathon. It was truly a life changing experience to be able to give back more than $30,000 to a community that has given us so much!"
