Eight awards to the STA Athletic programs!

The annual Athletic Awards, hosted by the Miami Herald, recognizes Miami-Dade and Broward County's top athletes, coaches, and programs each school year.

This year STA was honored with eight titles:

Volleyball Player of the Year - Carter Mogridge
Volleyball Coach of the Year - Lisa Zielinski
Defensive Player of the Year - Derek Wingo
Football Coach of the Year - Roger Harriott
Girls Program of the Year - St. Thomas Aquinas
Boys Program of the Year - St. Thomas Aquinas
Overall Program of the Year - St. Thomas Aquinas
Overall Boys Coach of the Year - Roger Harriott
